We’ve seen some good shows over the last few months here at Deus, but man last night’s gig was a doozy. Tomorrow’s Tulips lit up the stage like a junkie lights up his spoon before a fix. As I sat back at the bar I was thinking to myself this is a modern day “Velvet Underground” type of vibe oozing out from the amps, which is not a bad thing at all. The night continued with The Poofs followed by The Mid City Arcade and then the better part of several bottles of Tequila. Yep it fare to say we all had a good time. So if you’re still thinking that Sundays are a good night just to chill and watch True Blood think again. We’ll see yah next week…
