1. Do you offer returns?

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right you have 20 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us. We just ask you to return the garments in the condition they were sent to you:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No odors or marks
  • Original tags attached
  • In its original packaging 

If an item does not satisfy the above requirements it will be returned to you. 

2. What can I return?

Full-priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid for 3 Months), or a full refund excluding shipping costs. 

Sale, discounted & promotional items are not eligible for return or refund

Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. What can I not return?

Helmets: Due to safety reasons, all helmets are strictly nonrefundable. We recommend visiting our local store to correctly measure your helmet size. 

In-store purchases: Our retail stores are on different accounting systems and we are unable to return any orders placed in-store online.

Online Purchases: Our online store is on a different accounting system to our retail stores, therefore we are unable to return any orders placed online via in-store.
