1. Which countries do you ship to?
We only ship in South Africa For more international shipping please see our global stockist page.
2. Delivery Time
Please allow 5 business days for orders to be processed from our warehouse. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order.
We deliver domestically using Courier Guy. Please allow 2-5 business days from dispatch for metro areas. For regional areas, please allow for a delivery timeframe of anywhere between 3-10 days.
3. Can I change my shipping address?
All requests for updates or adjustments to shipping addresses must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, if your order can not be delivered to you due to an inaccurate shipping address, we are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.
4. Does Deus ship to PO boxes?
No we do not ship orders to PO boxes.
