We only ship in South Africa. For more international shipping please see our global stockiest page.

Please allow 5 business days for orders to be processed from our warehouse. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order.

We deliver domestically using Courier Guy . Please allow 2-5 business days from dispatch for metro areas. For regional areas, please allow for a delivery timeframe of anywhere between 3-10 days.

We use Courier Guy. A freight quote is given at checkout after entering your address and is calculated automatically by Courier depending on the location and weight of your parcel. 

All requests for updates or adjustments to shipping addresses must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, if your order can not be delivered to you due to an inaccurate shipping address, we are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

No, we do not ship orders to PO boxes.

When only part of your order is available we will ship the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. In this instance, an email confirmation will be sent and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the items that are unavailable.
