Deus Ex Machina (God from the Machine) is a global community of artists, itinerants and enthusiasts. We're driven by a desire to celebrate creativity, and the honesty and enjoyment of the machine, be it in the form of hand-built motorcycles, custom surfboards or converted industrial spaces. Founded in 2006 in Sydney, Australia by Dare Jennings and Carby Tuckwell, it’s their continued vision that has launched Deus around the world and fostered a culture of adventure and inclusivity.

It took our team a tick over 12 months to restore the Mansion to its modernist state and we are extremely proud with the final results. From its historical bones to its iconic '50s furniture – each intricacy has been considered and executed to create our most palatial global temple to date.

Set in a 1600 square meter renovated factory building in Camperdown Sydney. Home to a retail space, motorcycle showroom, workshop facilities and design studio. Connected to the showroom is the Deus Cafe, where locals of the inner west rub elbows at communal tables with riders gassing up on caffeine before their Saturday excursions. Sale of motorcycles and parts is at the core of the business – from Yamaha SR400s and TW220s to Kawasaki W650s and a selection of significant classic bikes.
